​As obvious as it is that all of us are part of the environmental pollution that is going on, no good is done by putting all the blame on others. But (hopefully) we can do something by looking at the facts and minimising the biggest climate killers in our personal decisions. Here are some ways to achieve this:

  • No daily meat consumption anymore

  • Reduce dairy and animal products to the greatest possible extent in your diet

  • Buy regional, organic and seasonal food.

  • Support ideas like fair trade and food sharing.

  • Use sustainable or environment friendly means of transportation: By foot, by bike, public transport (If you can´t avoid other forms of transportations like flying, make sure to organize effective and sustainable CO2 compensations.)

  • Minimise electrical energy use and use of fossil fuels of any kind

  • 5 R´s: Rethink, Reduce, Reuse, Repair, Recycle

  • Avoid single use items

  • Recycle/ Share products instead of overexploitation of resources
